Just okay. Nothing special but also not a tragedy :)

The room we have got with my friend was luckily right next to the beach. In overall experience it was just ok, nothing special about this accommodation. As always - 5* hotels in Egypt are like 3* in Europe. Comfortable beach beds, nice and clean pools. Good food, but quite monotonous. The employees aren’t besetting, trying their best and speaking in Russian when you look alike one. They offer their help all the time, what also helps with feeling save in this resort. The views are mesmerizing and worth of seeing, especially those under water right next to the hotel’s beach.

- guys from the trip agencies at the beach are trying to get double of price for the attractions (better to book by outside brands) - cleanliness is not the best, especially the bathrooms are untidy and full of dirt - i’m not sure if the beach towels were really after laundry - not able to get the charge in dollars

staff are so Provocative only one liter of water are available for the room in the day (not enough) the tap water is not clean to drink and smelly cheating in counting items inside the mini bar

Wonderful & Relaxing

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food was very well cooked with different types for every day. We enjoyed the hot drinks at the bars and the adults only pool was very relaxing. If you book the room with all inclusive pattern you will enjoy free access to gym and some programs at spa. Also snorkling was free. It is really worth to stay there for more days to enjoy the entertainment schedule, spa, gym, restaurants and cafe at SOHO square which is 2 minutes walking from the hotel

You can't swim at the beach due to rocks, however you can enjoy snorkling and all diving activities. The furniture at the reception need to be renovated. The only disappointing situation we faced when we checked out at early morning, the receptionist was tough and didn't gave us the breakfast boxes we booked the day before our travel.

No wi fi No animation team Only 1 pool is heated The stuff are so much rude The rooms are old fashon It doesn't worth the value there are much resorts cheaper and higher in quality I checked out and changed the hotel to another one cheaper and better I dont recommend it at all

The location,staff and facility's were excellent also the cleanliness was second to none. The food was outstanding and the entertainment was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is great near to Soho Square and close to the beach.Food was great but the breakfast needs more variety.The room is excellent and spacious.As a whole my experience in this hotel was great.

A little more welcoming attitude from the staff.A welcoming smile well not cause you a tired muscle at all.

my bag my phone was taken from the Beach and they didn't try to help me or even to show some care they deal with that likeit is normal . they only serve arab rich people very well . other guest was neglected and that's causes many problems from the normal guest who sufferd that stupid actions . we checked out after 1 night .

Food was soooo bad,taste and variety. Only one golf car. No entertainment . There was a huge problem, no air conditions neither in the lobby nor in the restaurant , and when i asked, the answer was ,,, we are not in the summer yet !! And a lot of foreigners complaint
